5. Payment terms ?

b. For orders over 10000 USD, a 50% advance payment is needed, with the balance due before shipping.

8. Warranty?

a. Warranty Period: 18 months

b. Feedback Time: Within 3 months after receiving the goods

c. Defective Policy: The defective rate for monochrome cartridges is within 1%, and for color cartridges, it is within 3%. If the defective rate exceeds these limits, test pages or samples will be required for replacement.

 

9. How to replacement?

If the defective rate exceeds 1% for black products and 3% for color products, we will provide a replacement with the next shipment.

Please note that we will require test pages or samples for every replacement, as well as a picture of the barcode.

Replacement is not possible in the following cases:

Ø If the defect rate is less than 1% for black or 3% for color.

Ø If the production time exceeds 18 months.

Ø If a test report or a clear barcode cannot be provided.
